Behavioral Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Traumatic Brain Injury Support for Children, Teens, Adults, and Families
Individual Therapy
For children, teens, and adults who want support that actually translates into daily life.
Individual therapy is a space to better understand what’s going on, build useful skills, and start making meaningful changes.
We commonly help with:
Behavioral challenges
Emotional regulation
Stress, overwhelm, or burnout
Life transitions (new job, move, loss, etc.)
School or work-related challenges
Substance-related concerns
Feeling stuck or disconnected
What this looks like at TBI:
We keep sessions grounded and practical
We focus on tools you can use outside of therapy
We help you notice patterns and shift them in real time
👉 Best for: Individuals who want more than just a place to talk and are ready to engage in change.
Occupational Therapy
Support that connects behavior, sensory needs, and everyday functioning.
Occupational therapy focuses on how people with sensory, neurological, or developmental differences move through and interact with the world.
OT can be especially helpful for individuals who:
Feel overwhelmed by sensory input
Struggle with focus, organization, or daily routines
Have behavioral challenges connected to underlying regulation needs
Are navigating traumatic brain injury or neurological differences
What this looks like at TBI:
Integrating sensory-informed strategies into everyday routines
Collaborating with therapists, families, and schools when helpful
Focusing on skills that improve independence, regulation, and day-to-day functioning
Our occupational therapy services are often used alongside therapy to provide a more complete, whole-person approach.
👉 Best for: Individuals and families who want practical, hands-on support that connects behavior, sensory needs, and real-life functioning.
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Support
Specialized, brain-informed care for individuals and families navigating the impact of traumatic brain injury.
Our work with TBI goes beyond general therapy. We understand how brain-based changes can affect behavior, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning.
We support individuals and families with:
Behavioral and emotional changes following brain injury
Challenges with focus, memory, and regulation
School or work-related difficulties
Family dynamics impacted by neurological changes
Adjusting to life after injury
What this looks like at TBI:
A neuroscience-informed approach that connects behavior to brain function
Practical strategies to support regulation, communication, and daily routines
Collaboration with families, schools, and other providers when helpful
We also offer guidance and consultation for more complex cases where coordination and deeper clinical insight are needed.
👉 Best for: Individuals and families looking for specialized support that understands the neurological and real-life impact of traumatic brain injury.
