Chris Roselli, MA
I'm Chris, a Master's level therapist with experience serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the U.S. Army from 2014–2022, where I provided Combat Operational Stress Control services and outpatient care while stationed abroad.
I use a psychodynamic, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach, partnering with clients to build practical coping skills and resilience. I'm compassionate and dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, overcome hardship, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. My time in the military gave me a firsthand understanding of stress, transition, and resilience, a perspective that shapes how I show up for every client I work with.
I earned my A.S. in Psychology from Holyoke Community College and my B.A. in Psychology from Westfield State University, and I completed my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at Westfield State University in 2024.
