Hi, I’m Alyssa, a Master's level therapist with a degree in Mental Health Counseling from Westfield State University. My background is predominantly in working with people with developmental disabilities in various mental health settings. Most recently, I’ve focused on therapy for First Responders. My approach focuses on flexibility and adaptability to meet each client’s unique personality, wants and needs. A major aspect of my work is anxiety management and helping clients develop healthy coping skills, reduce stress and prevent burnout.
