Bailee Jordan, MS, LMHC

I'm Bailee, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families. I utilize an integrative, child-centered play therapy approach, incorporating both directive and non-directive techniques, along with attachment-based work tailored to each child's needs.

I believe play is a child's language and toys are their words. Through play, children can express emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My goal is to help each child feel seen, heard, and understood.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in bottom-up approaches, focusing on nervous system regulation. I support children and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and attachment-related challenges, while also collaborating closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen understanding and connection.

When I am not in the playroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and my Australian Shepard, Bender - who reminds me daily of the importance of play, connection, and regulation.
